Everything begins with an idea. It begins with a state of mind. Thoughts are things. The human mind can get you what you want. By controlling your mind, you can control your destiny here on earth.
Desire
Can you accomplish that which you desired with all your heart? You will not have the desire unless you are capable of its achievement. What ever it is that you desire, understand that you can have it. It is an accurate picture of what you will one day become. Examine the way you go after your desire. If you are willing to burn your bridges and say this is it, etc… then you will have success.
Six Steps
- Fix in my mind the exact amount I desire.
- Determine exactly what I intend to give in return for the money I desire.
- Establish a definite date when I intend to possess the money I desire.
- Create a definite plan for carrying out my desire and begin at once whether I’m ready or not to put this plan into action.
- Write out a clear concise statement of the amount of money I intend to acquire, name the time limit for its acquisition, state what I intend to give in return for the money and describe clearly the plan through which I intend to accumulate it.
- Read my written statement aloud twice daily, once just before retiring at night and once after the morning. As you read, see and feel and believe yourself already in possession of the money.
Through some strange and powerful principle of mental chemistry, nature wraps up in the impulse of strong desire that something which recognizes no such word as impossible and accepts no reality as failure.
